Hi! My name is Mel and I love taking photos. I have loved taking photos since I was a kid and got my sticky hands on a Fujifilm disposable camera for the first time. Now I'm a Canon lover, but those green, plastic contraptions hold a special place in my heart.

My favorite genres of photography are portraits, travel, landscape, boudoir, and animals. Digital and film are both my favorite child and I cannot choose! My friends, family, and my perfect dog son, Newt, have been my models for years and years. I love to capture fleeting moments forever and ever.
